Class Overview
Our monthly drop-in classes are catered for those who are interested in stretching their confidence and improving their public speaking skills outside of our full training courses.
Each session provides an opportunity to learn some new techniques and practice speaking in front of others.
Additionally, you can deliver a prepared speech and get feedback from the group + trainer, if you're up for an extra challenge :)

Warm up + improv games
Meditation and mindfulness exercises
A chosen area of technique/focus for the class e.g. breathing, storytelling etc

Our Trainers
Michael Sokolin
Founder of School of Connection, Michael has been teaching classes since 2014. He is a regional public speaking champion and trained theatre actor who mixes these skills with mindfulness and psychology to create a truly unique offering across the courses he created.
Adam Hanim
Adam is long-time suffer of social anxiety disorder and had crippling fear of speaking in front of others. He has committed himself to self-development, training in public speaking and improv acting before becoming a trainer with the School of Connection in 2019.
Rupal Maru
As a former School Of Connection student, Rupal has adapted what she learnt in our training to become a trainer herself. She brings with her five years of teaching experience and is also both a writer and entrepreneur.
