Cancellations policy

1. We offer a 48-hour cancellation policy after your initial payment, as long as your course starts no earlier than in fourteen (14) days.

2. If you have booked a place on a course that is starting within the next fourteen (14) days, the 48-hour cancellation policy does not apply.

Changing course dates

1. A fourteen (14) day notice period (before the course start date) is required to change course dates. 

   a). 50% fee of the overall course fee will be charged to change the date after the notice period.

Redeeming missed classes

1. You can redeem up to one (1) class, free of charge. 

   a). We cannot allocate you to an entirely new group once you have started your course, without a charge.

   b). We cannot guarantee to redeem consecutive sessions. For example, you may end up having your missed week 2 session after your week 3. We will accommodate where possible, subject to availability. 

   c). We require 48-hours notice to redeem any sessions. 

   d). We require 48-hours notice If you cannot attend an already booked redeeming session. There will be a £75 charge to rebook If you miss a redeemed session without notice.
